In order to schedule an appointment with our specialists, we will require a referral from your general practitioner.

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time to complete the registration documentation. Please bring the following with you to your appointment:

• a valid / current referral

• Medicare card

• DVA/ workers compensation details if applicable

• Any previous letters or medical correspondence from specialists / GP / allied health practitioners.

The Gympie Specialist Clinic is located at 2/71 Channon Street, Gympie and is easily accessible by car and there is plenty of on site parking.
